We visited for the first time in over a year and my initial thought was that the entrance price to get in was quite expensive considering you have to pay 50p for each adult to get in too. Bearing in mind, us adults will probably buy drinks and/or food, it's a bit cheeky. All of the tables were clean and... More

Awful miserable owner, poorly paid unmotivated staff. Place needs revamp and a bloody good clean. Food bad quality junk. Won't return again.

The play centre itself is not bad but expensive for what it is and charge for adults. Food left a lot to be desired. Kids lunch box was expensive for a cheap bag of crisps sandwiches was cheap white bread and a very old banana would not go back

I have been to Play Planet quite a few times with the children and for some parties. I have to agree with many of the other reviewers about the generally surly staff, high prices and poor quality food. One member of staff in particular gets the children's attention by whistling loudly at them, like dogs. It's far from friendly or... More

We took our grand daughter here to play to hopefully tire her out,.. When you enter there is a not pleasant aroma,,the staff are busy chatting rather than getting tables tidied and making sure their customers are ok...I think it's abit over priced for the adults to sit and watch...the food and drinks are expensive,,my daughter bought a pizza and... This isn't the largest of play areas to visit. I came with my 6 year old and he will soon be too old to visit. There was a strong smell of urine upon entering the building which was off putting. The entry fee was £6.25 for my lad and £1.00 for the adult. There is no Wi-Fi so take a... More

The staff here could not be more rude if they tried. Would love to have complained to the manager/or owner but unfortunately that was who we were dealing with in the first place. A real shame as we won't be going back again, we will be visiting ANY of others around locally instead.

Play Planet is fairly new, therefore its in good condition. It appears clean and tidy. Well priced food and drink available - Play & eat offers too. The play frame is quite small and is better suited to younger children. (2-6 or 7yrs) although there is a small basketball court for "elders" but to be honest this gets a little... More
