Well preserved and maintained. Dated from 1280, but evidence shows that there was a church on the same spot even earlier. The church is still in use. When inside the church take time and look at the floors where you can clearly get a picture of how historic it is.

Such a surprise to see such a lovely church within a relatively small village. Very helpful and interesting explanation cards informing visitors of certain points of interest. Also bought a book on Chilham within the church to find out more. Lovely, well kept church, would love to visit again one day.

As if the village square isn't picturesque enough there is the Church and its churchyard to complete things. Nice hourly chimes of the tower clock, friendly and welcoming vicar to an interior that, with the sun streaming in, is a beautiful haven of peace. Well maintained too complete building.

This church is wonderful. There is an information 'paddle' that you can take round to see the items of interest in the church. It is well written and gets to the heart of the information. Me and my Mum were also very touched by the research that had been done into the local boys who had died in the War.... More

This is a nice church and worth visiting and easy to have as part of a day out. It's free and easy to get to from the main car park.

this church looks great from the outside and is so very quiet inside. It is a very peaceful place, more so than you would expect from a church. It has some interesting history and is in a very nice location with plenty of free local parking. It is so quiet inside the church and is perfect for a spot of... More

Quiet, quaint, secluded. A lovely place to take a break and meditate. The remains of a 1300 year-old tree stands in its courtyard, having been devastated during a terrible storm in 1987.
