BE SURE to bring proof of Yellow Fever vaccination. Beautiful location, with various art installations. I can take or leave the art, but enjoyed the natural element.

If I had more than five stars, I would easily give them to the Inhotim Museum. Truly a piece of art in itself. The only to describe it is telling you that a visit is a must. Starting this month they require yellow fever vaccination...More

Inhotim is like no other place. The botanical gardens are very well done an the staff are uniformly knowledgeable. The art exhibitions are in dedicated buildings devoted to single artists/topics. Inhotim is worth the trip.

The Inhotim botanical garden is well developed and houses lots of modern art. The art can be seen in the open, but also in a number of galeries within the park. The park is rather big and combined with the high temperatures and humidity, it...More

Perhaps the most incredible things I have ever seen anywhere in the world. A must see for anyone that appreciates art, architecture, landscaping and beauty in general. An absolute cultural patrimony to all of mankind.

I’m not a fan of contemporary art. But these place is something unbelievable. Some fantastic works in an amazing place, where nature is respected. My suggestion is to visit it on a Tuesday. Almost empty so you can enjoy it without cues.

There are several bus lines from BH to Inhotim. Unfortunately I'm just not familiar with the details. Those shouldn't need hard to find on Google. I stayed Pousada Casa do Abrahão em Brumadinho. It was a bit distant... More

Probably you can get one to go but it will be impossible to get one to bring you back. Maybe you could consider renting a car.
