Situated on the 80 family farm, Celista Estate Winery has a multitude to offer. Stopped here while renting a house in Anglemont for the week. Great little winery - took advantage of the free tastings and ended up buying a case of wine lol. They have a great outdoor seating area as well where you can enjoy a glass or two of wine with some local cheeses and meats. Came back another day with a professional photographer for some family pictures - thought the hourly charge for taking pictures was a bit much but glad to have some nice scenery for photos.

A lovely place for a wine-tasting in June. The hostess was so helpful. So much good information. With the harsh winters (almost like Northern Ontario) we didn't expect to find wineries. Celista wines are light and delicious. We bought crackers and cheese and and sat outside to enjoy them.
An added benefit was finding the book by Jay Ootes, Umingmak, that we are really enjoying - a lasting memory!

What a pleasant winery with great wines and awesome staff 🙂
We ended up spending the night through « Harvest Host ». The wine tasting was amazing with staff and owner Jake who were so welcoming. The grounds by themselves are immaculate with a view to take your breath away. I highly recommend their wines and hospitality.

We stop by this winery every year when we are in the area. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The wine selection is great and the wine is simply outstanding! This is absolutely one of my favourite things to do while I'm at Shuswap lake and their view of the lake is divine. I would recommend them for a great tasting, your of the winery or if you are looking to purchase a glass of wine to sit on their patio overlooking the lake. They sell great local cheese and crackers to pair with your wine experience as well.

This winery was amazing when we went. There was about 9 different kinds of wine when we went that we were able to sample. The Ortega (white) and Inspired Madness (Red) were the two that we liked the best. The bottles are not bad in price and we've gone back to this winery every time we've gone to the Shuswap.

Approximately 30 min jump off the TC Highway and only 15min from Scotch Creek, but well worth it!
With multiple award winnings to their credit, it’s the wine, beautiful setting off the beaten path and amazing service that will bring us back.
There was no tasting fee, which is always nice. We left with a couple bottles of Ortega and a couple with light red called “inspired madness” that I couldn’t drive away today without taking with me.
In the room, ask for the informative and ever lovely Kim.

Beutiful surroundings accessed by own transport. Great planting and wood carvings in the grounds. There is easy access for wheelchairs although dome railings would be helpful. We tasted 4 wines which were all lovely. I bought 2 which were crisp and fruity. The proprietor was friendly and informative. There is a tour of the winery but as we didn't take it i can't comment on the accesibility. It was well worth a visit.

The highlight of our day trip was visiting Celista Estate Winery. My wife and I love their wine and it was great to finally visit them. Wonderful people in a gorgeous location above the lake. We bought wine and drove it home through the Fraser Canyon during spring runoff.
