Valhalla provides historical information which was interesting. Nice walking area and good parking area. Excellent place to stop and stretch the legs if you are on a long drive. We were exploring the area and glad we stopped to read and learn.

This is a great place to visit or attend an event. It is a piece of history and the home is worth touring. Nice area to wander around and take in the sights and smells of Lake Tahoe and days gone by.

We viewed the mansions of Lake Tahoe this year and found them all to be wonderful and helped is understand the Tahoe area even more. It's a great place to step back into time and see how other folks enjoyed the lake.

At times. There has been little snowfall this year, so trails are likely clear. Consult the local weather before making the trip. Bike rentals are not available during winter months.
