A lovely park close enough to the city, but makes you feel a million miles into the wilderness at times. Free entry, buses to the gate and it wasn’t too busy when we were there. Lots of people with kids who seemed to be enjoying...More

Beautiful park to check out. Trails, suspension bridge, swimming holes. Best part it's free! Parking is limited at times and might have to park in a neighbourhood area.

I like this better than Capilano Suspension Bridge. Besides being free, it also has a lot more natural trails, waterfalls, and river level access. It is a beautiful nature park and not a commercialized tourist attraction.

The best suspension bridge in BC and it is free!!! I love the little hike down to the swimming hole. This is where many can experience jumping off of cliffs. It is spectacularly beautiful as well and the water is an icey blue crystal clear...More

I went on a beautiful sunny day with my 1 year old niece, sister and parents in their 60’s. Moms knees are riddled with arthritis. She was able to walk the steps down to the suspension bridge and a few more to a bench located...More

We generally take our out-of-town guests for the unique experience of crossing the canyon via the suspension bridge. We like to go before 10, when you can still find a parking spot fairly close to the bridge.

Yes, all the trails make a loop, so you can get there, but it is a much longer route to go there and back instead of making the loop. But the entire park is gorgeous, so would be a nice hike. And yes, MANY stairs as... More
