An unusual and interesting walk out into the middle of a lake, past the campground and over the snow drifts as far as the beacons. Enjoyed the views.

There are 3 individual flush toilets there. There are no sinks or counters or electricity. The day use has flush loo's as well.

we see there is a boat launch, however, we cannot find any info as to leaving your small fishing boat tied up there. This very important... & if a motor or any sort is allowed. I've left a voice message to the campsite but have not yet received a reply

What are the best campsite numbers? We are making reservations for three trailers and will have a lot of small children. We would love a large site on the beach

Hi, currently the Haynes point campsite is closed I believe due to an archaeological find there. However there are several other camp sites around the lake to look at.
