Was very disappointed with the service after calling and arranging for a group of 5. Upon arrival no reservation was found and the attitude from the attendant was rude and condescending. Several phone calls went unanswered and messages were not returned. We were so looking forward to dog sledding too☹️☹️☹️☹️.

Arrived at the office at 2:15pm as instructed by their phone operator. They had no record of our phone conversation from our call the day before. Then the smart mouth little girls behind the counter tried to turn it in to our fault because we didn't ask the right questions?? I thought when you called to reserve a dog sledding... More

This was an amazing experience. The mushers were super friendly, the dogs were happy and the scenery was just surreal. If you go when it's currently or has recently snowed, the wind chill is pretty intense so really go over the top with layering and focus on your hands and feet. Kids will love it if they are warm. If... More

This was a well run activity in Canmore. The office is nice (has quality clothing to borrow if you show up unprepared), souvenirs to purchase, and ample seating. This is where the shuttle picks you up to transport you up into the mountains to meet the dogs. Once you get there, you go through a quick lesson on dog sledding,... More

I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The dogs were gorgeous and well looked after. They even had the anxious dogs flagged with blue bandannas so people could steer clear which was fantastic (especially for the shy pups mental health!). The huskies all knew their commands extremely well. And I would love to mention how fantastic Jules was... More

My husband and I went on the two hour powder run yesterday and it was great! The dogs were amazing along with the scenery and service. Staff were thorough in teaching how to manage a dogsled and our instructor, Jules, provided on the trail guidance and information - even some warmer gloves! Do dress warm and come prepared to have... We initialy booked the 4 hour sunfeather winterlude selfdrive. We were the only ones for the 4 hour tour, so it was not possible to do the selfdrive. We shared 'our' sledge with a guide on a private tour with only us two and the guide. Because the selfdrive was cancelled we also got a big refund. So that was... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience! We would like to take this opportunity to clarify some information as your review suggests that guests “have” to drive the dog team and are expected to do so without being told of this option. To be clear, your family made their reservation through a third party company... More
