Gorgeous park on the waterfront! I wish I had had more time to explore it but I was focused more on the wildfires near Yarmouth that were going on at the time. What I did see of it was beautiful.

A historic park by the waterfront - so quaint, clean and well maintained. Aside from the obvious fountain, if you stroll through the park, gazebo, down the stairs to the mosaic floor, and onto the lower side of the park - everything is so beautiful - read the plaques and learn some history about the area. Loved the granite memorial to those lost at sea. We spent about 30 minutes here and it was well worth the time.

Lovely park in downtown Yarmouth. Gorgeous flowers, fountain, and numerous seating areas along with informational signage. There is a lot of noise from the accompanying streets but the park itself is charming.

Frost Park is piece of Yarmouth history. A beautiful park that is well-maintained. Definitely take a stroll through if you are in the area.

A pleasant little park, BUT, like everything else in Yarmouth it is ruined by the NOISE and speed of altered mufflers and mechanicals of a huge squad of race cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles. For reasons unknown, cars that purposely are "tricked out" to sound like ultra chainsaws and jackhammers are allowed to constantly race on Main Street (near the park and elsewhere) and on Water Street (along the harbour).
If you would not allow the noise of a chainsaw or an airplane to be within 6 inches of you or your child's ear, give this a pass. It is like being trapped on a racetrack or airport runway-horrific noise levels! (By the way, the races and subsequent noise are also a problem on "quieter" streets, and near the malls.)

We met at this park for our walking tour with Candice, and found it to be a very pretty location. Full of history, but we didn't see the ghost in the top hat during our short visit.

We stopped by the park for a few minutes to check out the sites. There is a nice waterview from the park, although other than that it doesn't have a lot going on. There is a water fountain and old tomb stones. I couldn't find out much about why the tomb stones were present where it was a park and not a grave yard. It does have pretty flowers and is well maintained. It would be a good spot to stop and rest or read a book or lay in the grass.

This is a lovely little hillside park right in downtown Yarmouth. A great place for a little rest, picnic, or meeting spot - watch out for the ghost in top hat!

This park has been here a very long time. When I was a little girl my mom used to take me there in the summer and the fountain was going. The lovely landscape has certainly been preserved, and now when I visit my hometown, this park sparks many memories for me. It would be some 60 years ago that I played there.❤️

The town's main park, right beside the Town Hall, is a focus for many activities throughout the year. It is beautiful in summer, with it's spectacular fountain and view of the harbour, but in the winter, with the millions of lights, on every magnificent tree, it is truly spectacular. Oddly enough, it was the original burying ground and several extremely old tombstones, marking the final resting place of many of the original settlers, are still to be seen.
