The hotel/resort was nice and clean. Food a little pricey as expected and not a lot of options. But hotdogs from the cart were great. Rooms are pricey but pay for convenience and location. The pipe coaster ride was awesome. Kids and adults couldn't get enough. The pool is nice and has two hot tubs. We had a small kitchenette... More

Got to Revelstoke at 5:30 and had time to get in two runs on the coaster prior to closing at 6:30. It is a great ride but as other people have said leave some space between you and the next rider if you want to go fast. Not to be missed !

Went to the resort to try the Pipe Mountain Coaster. What a thrill ride. Do not put the brake on if you can, as the ride is way more enjoyable when you can fly down the pipe at full speed. Make sure you don't have a small kid in front of you because you will catch up to them and... More

the pipe was fantastic fun. My 16 yr old and 10 yr old loved it. We went first thing in the AM when it opened and there was a 1hr wait. We walked around the resort and rode the gondola up the mountain.

Went to go on the mountain coaster. The set up is a bit confusing and crazy in that you get a stamp for a wait time from the same people letting people up the gondola to go down the coaster. Thus, it was super busy, chaotic, and slow to get a stamp. Having said this I don't think they expected... More

If you are passing through Revelstoke, definitely do the Pipe! So fun and funny riding down the mountain. The ticket and waiting system is well organized and you can keep tabs on your wait time by checking the queue online, so you don't have to hover around the resort if you don't want to. Go into town and try some... More

Came at 10:30 am to discover a 4.5 hour wait. People apparently start lining up at 7:00 am to book a time. The ride does not open till 8:30 am!! Second time we have tried to Ride the pipe. Both times on our way through Revelstoke. We would have waited 2 hours, but 4.5 was too much. You either need... More

Great room, great view, great service! We were travelling with two small children and showed up long before check in time. Despite being swamped the staff helped us check in early.

Probably one the best things to do as a family with tweens between Banff and the Okanagan that we all really enjoyed. This is their first year and they definitely need to work out the ticketing system. We bought our tickets at the visitors centre were there is a discount and went up about 4:30 then you need to get... More
