The Powerhouse at Stave Falls is now open for the 2017 season from March 1 to October 9. Our seasonal hours of operation are as follows: Spring: March 1 to June 26 Open daily 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Summer: June 27 to September 13 Open Thursday to Monday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Fall: September 14 to October 9 Open daily 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Get a new perspective on power and learn about the history of power generation in B.C. by booking your guided tour today. Great museum that gives you a real sense of power generation one hundred years ago. You can walk right up to the turbines, generators and penstocks. Must-see if you're heading east out of Vancouver.More

We spent a good couple of hours looking around the plant, my husband and uncle, both from electrical backgrounds were like kids in a candy shop! The display was very interesting and the engineering amazing. Well worth a stop in this beautiful area
