A winter tourism place, where you can find an Ski resort, restaurants, hotels and bars. The access route is totally destroyed, full of wells that destroyed your car if you don't take care. The Vail is marvelous, beautiful mountains and if it snowy its a paradise. There're two hotels well positioned called Virgo and Piscis. The other ones has minor... More

It was our last day of ski, we were at the top of Caris and when I wanted to take a picture of the valley at the bottom and the mountains surroundings, I realized I didn't have my phone with me. I was in shock, trying to remember when was the last time I had it. I suddenly remembered that... More

The cheese Fondue is spectacular!! We also had raclette, and for dessert chocolate Fondue! Great to visit on your stay in Las Leñas Ski Resort!!! You need to do a reservation in advance! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!!

This resort was opened in 1981 I believe, and since that day the owners have not spent one penny upgrading anything at all!!! Everything is falling apart, and some serious money is needed to bring Las Leñas to the 21st century. Restaurants are expensive and horrible, shopping is depressing, there's nothing to do but snow sports. The only good thing... More

Las Lenas has the best backcountry. Period. That's the good news- IF the Marte chair is running. If not, you are limited to the huge inbounds. Lift lines can be long & main groomers crowded but, there is quite a bit of in bounds off piste (almost unskied). Wind will close Marte, Vulcano & Neptune lifts. My flight to Marlargue... More

I was in Las Leñas mid August, snow was great. Unfortunately, organization in the resort is poor and takes away a lot of fun. It takes one hour to get your rentals at the official shop and they do not have the facilities to keep your belongings or keep your boots overnight, my friend had to return his snowboard. Lifts... I visited las lenas as part of an IPC4 field trip in September 2014. We just went for the views not the snow. Interesting place to hang out for a few hours, quite remote and a long way to go.

This was our first time to Las Lenas and we had a really good time. It was pretty expensive (but what ski resort isn't). The scenery was magnificent with blue skies and snow capped mountains. Unlike other ski towns Las Lenas is made up of resorts and nothing much else. There is one little food shop and a handful of... More

This was my second visit to Las Lenas. It took me 10 years to visit this place a second time. The first vist was a large disappointment. I suspect it will be another 10 years before I repeat it. We came after a rather large Spring storm so this should have been the visit. Unfortunately, the top was closed again... More
