The museum admission is free, it is small and concentrated around 1000 islands heritage. It takes about an hour to go through the museum and its well worth it. Kids would love the tower with boat simulator.

What a lovely little museum on the shores of the St. Lawrence. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Take time to feed the reptiles while you are there!

Entry by donation. Small display. Friendly workers. Not an elaborate display. Unfortunately not the historical type of museum we were looking for.
