Not a bad little night out! Casino is like most other casinos. But I found it super clean! Great bathrooms and the restaurant was very accommodating. I didn't like my steak ( it was too pink) so they of course cooked it to my liking and gave us free dessert! Staff in the dinner were so sweet.

Went for prime rib & lobster. slow service and the meal was not bad for the price. The casino is very crowded with slot machines. The place favors locals and people they know to have a slot machine idle.

We were a group of 5, looking for a quick dinner. Every dish that we ordered was unavailable and had to be substituted for something else. The food was OK, but nothing special. The person in our group was only able to eat a house salad as all the other gluten free dishes were unavailable - disappointing. Great server who... More

So went back for the first time since the place had a new name. Since I've reviewed the place once already I'll stick to the highlights. Overall vibe is certainly friendlier than before but still not a great place. Watched a bartender serve a guy that was so drunk he couldn't walk and was using the bar to hold himself... More

We went for the prime rib and lobster for $9.99. Seems like a great price but still wasn't worth it. Every part of the meal was cold, cold enough that not even the room temperature butter melted on the veggies. The veggies were also under cooked and even thou I prefer my veggies a bit crunchie, these were still not... More

It's a casino after all...but not the kind of place you want to go to if you have a headache..a 2 hour wait for dinner made this a short visit. Certainly better things to do in 1000 Islands than spending g it in a casino.

There quite often. The previous ownership ran a better service. When you do win it takes forever for someone to come and pay you. The food is mediocre. The food is cheap but I would rather have fast food than their over cooked steak and lobster.

I've gone to three casinos (I'm 65) so, yah, I'm not a gambler.....but... this past summer Shorelines had a special on for all you can eat lobster tails and roast prime for $9.99. It was great. Went again this fall for the 16oz T-bone and all the trimmings for..... you guessed it $9.99. which also included a 16oz beer or... More

Went to the Thousand Islands Casino for the first time since it transferred over to Shorelines. It appears they cleaned up the place a little, look brighter. Same games as before, slots, some tables. The restaurant has improved, had a humungous deli sandwich, fries and coleslaw for $9.99 and it was delicious! A nice place to stop into on the... More
