This place was a great little find. The kids enjoyed the fossils and getting to see the old things like the type writers and the desks. They thought those were neat compared to the new age cell phones. It was a great educational place and it's great that it's entry by donation. Means anyone can go and pay what they... More

We were delighted with this museum and the history of the area. Beautiful gardens before you enter and helpful volunteers providing you with some history. Two very interesting videos helped you understand how the area was formed. Lots of fabulous fossils and a snapshot of times past. So happy we visited.

It is funny, I have visited the Qualicum Beach area numerous times over the years but it wasn't until a year or two ago that I learned that the village had a museum when it was toured on a television show we were watching. I suppose this is because it is tucked away in an area two or three blocks... More

Amazing finds from long ago, some local, some not, very well preserved. A snapshot in time, put together very lovingly

Very infomed staff if you are looking to hear about this region from past eras. A short stop but well worth it when touring Qualicum Beach. The park next door is a great place for a bit of a walk in a forest.
