Fenced off except for the grassy area. Otherwise you could spend a nice hour here for a picnic and enjoy the view of the river and old Quebec.

Quaint, little park in a neighborhood. Parking is plentiful and close. As a visitor, I came for the spectacular view of Quebec City. It is on a bluff overlooking the river. Beautiful.

The view from this park is spectacular and the statue of the chevalier de Levis is impressive. The vagrant who was drinking beer and peed off the cliff really detracted from the atmosphere. The park could also use a little grounds maintenance.
