We are a family of 4 with a 7 and 10 year old. They loved the experience overall. They enjoyed everything from sitting in the sled, to yelling "Allez Benji, bon chien", to meeting the beautiful dogs afterwards. Definitely recommend driving your own sled if you are able. It's easy to do and more fun than just taking a ride.... More

I've always had dogsledding on my list and finally I had the opportunity to check this off during my week stay in Québec this year. I rode with the guide as we sledded about the trails (a two-person sled: along the trail we traded off riding in the front of the sled, and commanding/braking in the back). The dogs are... More

Give it a try it's awesome! What a great day. The weather was perfect. The dogs are healthy and look very happy to do what they do! They had fun and so did we. Antoine is a great guide: he trained us well and took care of our group. I would definitely do it again!

We did a dogsledding tour with Secrets Nordiques with our kids - ages 8 - 12. We are dog people, and our kids were incredibly excited. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable and speak English and French fluently. After a short introduction, we were on our way. The trip varied from the dogs running full speed and trotting along. Beautiful... More

We had a blast. Guide was friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful day with the sun shining and the dogs so happy to be out. Saw five deer run in front of us, free and fast. The dogs were well behaved and loved to run. We spent time up at the kennel leading more about their lives and care.... More

Secrets Nordiques is a team of passionate professionals. Their 65 dogs are beyond beautiful, healthy, well trained and you can clearly tell that they are taken care of with the utmost love. Everything from the tutorial on how to handle the sleds at the beginning, to the activity in itself, to the opportunity to pet and take photos of the... More

It's really all about the wonderful and hard working dogs. The people who own and run this place are lovely too, don't get me wrong. But it's really the dogs who will wrap those howls around your heart and gleefully take you on a sled ride through a gently sloping golf course as though it was the best place on... More

Went with two kids 11 and 16 and elderly mother in law. They were able to accommodate all of us and were super friendly. Bruno was awesome helping me book the right options for our group of varying physical ability, and Vincent was a perfect guide. We couldn't have had a better time. Dogs were beautiful and well cared for,... More

You simply MUST put this on your list of things to do while in Quebec City or Beaupre. This was a last minute decision which may have been the most fun thing all week.... my family was skiing and I'm not a skier so I walked over from Mont Saint Anne, easy walk, five minutes, to the Secrets HQ and... We came here after a stay at the ice hotel. Our guide was very nice and patient. You switch off drivers at your own pace and you get to pet the dogs and visit the kennel after. They provide snacks and hot chocolate and coffee after to help warm up. Dress like you're going snowboarding and you'll be good. I... More
