Definatey needs a bigger new book selection but you can reserve one online if they don't have it and they will get it there for you. The recent upgrades are great - it needed it!

This is a great library to visit with lots of children's activities. There is the old section with rows upon rows of old novels ,or a new section with a children's playroom, lounge and classrooms. Recently expanded, it will accommodate everyone's desires in a library. Genealogy is also available. Wonderful place to visit and enjoy!

The L.P. Fisher library will be celebrating 100 years in 2014 and in that year the expansion that will almost double the size will reach completion. The building, and staff are warm, friendly and brimming with both history and information. The genealogy room is second to none.

This is a beautiful well maintained historical library. It has kept its character yet has maintained its relevance to the community. They are in the process of a major addition that speaks to the community's appreciation of the service provided.

My brother and I travelled here to do some ancestry research on our Great Grand Parents, who lived in this town 150 years ago. Greg, the head Librarian, located scores of information for us and did an excellent job of researching our ancestry before our arrival. I couldn't have asked for better service! The library is located almost at the... More
