A lovely flat hard packed gravel trail along the Kanaka Creek and Fraser River. You will see lots of waterfowl and if the season is right you will be able to pick lots of blackberries.

If you have not visited this before check it out. Nice Trail System for all kinds of walking. We enjoyed the Lookout Tower. Great place to spend a short time or long time enjoying another Nature Venue in Maple Ridge. Lots of parking. Trails are...More

This place is a lot of fun. We did the Riverfront Trail portion of Kanaka Creek park on a hot, sunny morning. There's an outlook tower on the oxbow (at the beginning of the trail near the parking lot), which is great for observing the...More

I like this little trail, have taken my dogs many time. Hard to find a parking spot on a nice day - lots of people.

Great little walk with river views throughout. Lots of parking and flat level trail for wheelchair access. Close to Lougheed Highway but lots of trees to block the noise.

There is not a lot of access to the Fraser River in Maple Ridge. This is the only access with trails. The trails are rather short, but not bad for stretching your legs, getting a view of the river and perhaps walk your dog. Please...More

This is a great place to walk your dog or stroll with friends and family. The dyke winds along the Fraser river with wonderful views of the mountains, eagle nests, local fisherman and of ourselves all the local boat traffic. Great outing for the family.
