This little town is definitely cute but I can't imagine suggesting that anyone spend much time here. It's very hilly, parking is a nightmare even on a weekday, and there are lots of shops filled with not much. We were there too late to go...More

Pretty old houses, well kept buildings, interesting history to read. Didn't have time to see the Fisheries museum - closed at 5 pm. But walked the boardwalk and visited a couple of old book stores. Parking is a challenge!

Spend a few hours or longer in this quaint seaside town. Walk the dock area and venture a few blocks to the the historic church and buildings. Did fishing has gone but fun tourist stop remains

Enjoyable visit in this cute little town. Lots of shops and art galleries. The view of the harbor is just beautiful. I only had one afternoon so I hope to come back for a longer visit.

There are a lot of shops to see as well as take a look at the boats in the harbor. Great scenic area to burn a few hours with plenty of places to eat and shops to enter.

7/2/18; We went to see the Bluenose II ship but also strolled the streets of Lunenburg. We stopped into the bluenose shop and two antique stores just for fun. I got some good shots of the old buildings and architecture. It appears they are keeping...More

Walking in the historic district is like walking in a museum. Every buildings and streets has its own stamps. The wharf is very nice as well. Sit by the water , relax looking at boats in the bay. If you are lucky, maybe the Bluenose...More

Yes there are, but Lunenburg's not that big - just walk round the central area yourself and enjoy.
