My group of 16 was fortunate to get to sail on the Eastern Star’s final sail of the season. The three working the boat were considerate, enjoyable, and skilled. They offered information and reassurance about the boat’s steep leaning-which I didn’t know to expect. It...More

We had hoped to take a cruise on the Bluenose but learned it had departed that very day for Halifax. Instead we took the Eastern Star. We would not recommend it. The crew gave very little interpretive information and the boat heeled so much to...More

Two hours well spent with very friendly and knowledgeable crew. Learnt a lot about the area and even let customers raise sails and man the helm! Saw porpoises, bald eagles and osprey. Wonderful!

This was a thoroughly delightful experience. Our guide (Merrill) was full of interesting information and humor, and made the trip even more enjoyable. The boat was sleek and well kept, and our group appreciated how the crew explained each thing that they were doing. The...More

Great 2 hour cruise! Lunenburg is beautiful from the water. The crew was informative about the history of the town.

Went with my 14 year old daughter who is not a big fan of fishing. Really, she j came along with me to keep me company. She did end up doing a bit of mackerel fishing and we both had a blast! The major bonus...More

We took a few sailing trips during our month in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. They were all short (1-2 hrs.), overcrowded and overpriced, but this one was the best of the lot. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable crew, a longer trip than the others at a...More
