This place obviously has the family in mind for a great experience. Started superbly when we booked online and accepted gift aid. On arrival as a thank you we got £5 in gift tokens to spend in the cafe or gift shop, fab! Then the experience. We kept two children (10 & 8) excited all day here, and us adults... More

Perfectly decent cafe but some shocking prices. If all you want is a coffee and a bag of crisps go for it, but unless this is a very special day out you may want to avoid eating anything else.

Great for kids, we became members as we visit bristol fairly frequently and then you don't feel the need to spend hours and hours here even the though my kids would quite happily.Kids love it but they are old enough to look around them selves whilst i grab a coffee in the really expensive cafe.

i think over the years we have been 3 times and it always changes themes each time we go so it feels like a slightly different experience each time . kids absolutely love it and you will lose them if not careful but they won't be far. Think it is slightly over priced .

This is a great venue for family's with young children and there is so much to do that you can keep coming back again and again. And the staff are lovely. It is really quite expensive to come here as a one off though, so if you're a local you should definitely buy the annual ticket as you'll want to... More

Loved it as a kid and still love it as a dad. We came just befor Xmas for a family and friends get together befor the Xmas holidays. Was a lovely day out. Price is fair for what you get to see and do inside. Some people think otherwise. But am happy to pay :) see you soon

Why do adults have to pay so much for something that is mainly for children. It cost us almost £100 for the entrance fees alone. The younger kids enjoyed themselves admittedly, but, having been before I found it a bit of a yawn. My opinion is that it is over priced and overrated.

This is a great place to go with the kids when it's rainy. It is not something I can do regularly due to being on a budget but you can spend all afternoon there and there are activities for alll ages. A great asset to Bristol.

Huge amount of activities to do. Kept us busy all day. Especially liked UK food and farming section.
