Beautiful Bristol Park in the Heart of the City

Excellent views from the top of Cabot Tower, well worth the climb up. Lovely park, perfect for lunchtime picnics and escape the hectic city centre. Very well maintained.

It's a decent park on a sunny day but there are nicer parks in Bristol like St George Park or the Downs

Despite the views from the top, I do not rate this place at all highly. I much preferred the Arnos Vale Cemetery just outside the main city. Brandon Hill could do with some more imaginative planting. I suggest they might get some good ideas from the Morrab Gardens, Penzance. I'm sure at least some of the sub-tropical trees and plants... More

I only stumbled across this park on the way to a site in Clifton. You may be forgiven for forgetting you are in the middle of a very busy city. I entered on the west side and climbed to the top. Its very very steep and may require a few rest stops, but once at the top its worth it.... More

It is a bit of a climb to reach the top but it' all worth it. The nature is beautiful and there are animals as well. Also the view over the city is wonderfull.

This park offers amazing views of the city. The tower itself is a bit of a climb, but well worth it. The park allows for a little escape from the busy city, despite being in the very centre. Squirrels will surround you, but watch out, some are cute and others a bit cheeky.

A great spot to relax in the city centre. Enjoy some wonderful views across the city or go and enjoy the play park.

Just LOVELY! The views from this park are breath taking, the perfect spot to relax, have a nice walk and take in the amazing views. You must attempt to go up all the steps of the monument as the views up there are even better.
