The Fitz is a real gem anyway, with an impressive collection spanning several thousand years, from art to sculpture to material culture. But they also have great exhibitions - on this occasion Degas, which was a great way to while away an hour and feel...More

I regularly visit here with my children. Between the paintings, Egyptian exhibits, the armour and the coffee shop there is always something to entertain

I spent one Saturday afternoon at the museum. The collection is just incredible. Well displayed and labeled clearly. It is a must see if you are visiting Cambridge for a few days.

Vast choice of eras and interest catered for well displayed & clearly labeled needs at least 3 hours to do a fraction of the justice it deserves!

If you do only one museum in Cambridge then it should surely be this one. There is always something to catch the eye as others have already commented. If the weather isn’t too good then the free admission here makes it very attractive.

Despite living in the area we had never made it to the museum before. Some very interesting collections and the odd Picasso hiding in a corner! Pleasant afternoon.
