A relaxing and pleasant stay

A warm and welcoming cottage and a gracious host in a beautiful part of the country. We had a lovely long weekend and can't recommend it enough.

A warm and welcoming cottage and a gracious host in a beautiful part of the country. We had a lovely long weekend and can't recommend it enough.

An elegant garden touched with antiquity, and for those fond of old fashioned plants a veritable joy. In high summer the beds contain collections of 19th century variegated pelargoniums. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was lovely and spacious with a full kitchen and gorgeous four poster bed. The door between the bedroom and living/kitchen area blocked sound well which was great for when one of us wanted to sleep and the other wanted to be up.
