Visited on 21st May for the plant lovers fair included in the entrance fee. Disappointed by the small number of nurseries and plant varieties available. However, the gardens of Cholmondeley castle were delightful. The array of azaleas and rhododendrons offered vibrant in colour. The gardens...More

A lovely day out at Cholmondeley Castle today. Took our well behaved dogs for a leisurely stroll in the sunshine.Lots of other well behaved pooches there too. Gardens were in full bloom, everyone having a good time, children playing, people sitting in the sun. Admission...More

I have long since ceased going to the Pageant of Power in June, but thought this sounded good. As a long time rally enthusiast, the sound of a group B Audi, on maximum chat was too good to miss. I duly paid my £45.50 on...More

Went primarily for mini mudder and tough mudder, lovely gardens which was in all honesty the only part we saw. The view of the castle was lovely but really we were there to watch crazy people do ridiculous obstacles. Good parking and easy to find

Lovely visit. Interesting and well maintained gardens. Would definitely visit again. Only downside is that there was a 35 minute wait to get served at the café and then an additional wait for our food. Next time I will take a picnic.
