Retired cyclist here (committing the ultimate offence of turning up to a cyclist's cafe in a big Land Rover!). Basic, but clean cafe that does a very nice line in baked potato and roast vegetables and coffee :) It's definitely a good place for a healthy lunch at a sensible price. They were even good enough to come over with... More

The cakes are homemade and there's such a variety, the coffee is awesome and the staff always go above and beyond. Can't recommend enough. Always visit when in the area.

A keen cyclist we know recommended this cafe for a breakfast stop and it didn't disappoint. It was a really decent, hearty and quality breakfast, at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our coffees too and even though we were the only people not wearing skin tight lycra, we felt welcomed and would definitely visit again. Do not forget to take... More

Great cyclist friendly cafe. Nice menu, plenty of choice, fantastic home made cakes. Very friendly staff who will make you feel welcome. They also sell a limited amount of bike spares if you need to make a running repair to your machine. Guests of the nearby pub/inn looking for an alternative place for breakfast could do themselves a favour by... More

My first experience of the Eureka was today on a ride out from Liverpool. The Cafe had lots of cycling storage and the need to lock up was not needed. The selection of food and beverages was spot on and the prices were below what I have been paying. An added bonus is that the Cafe is well stocked with... More

Everyone knows that any good cycle ride must include at least one good cafe stop, and around this area, The Eureka is THE place to take that break! There's a great selection of homemade food and cakes to choose from, and speaking as a coeliac, they also have gluten-free options available. Anne, Holly and the staff are what really makes... More

You couldn't wish for a better cafe for cyclists (or walkers!). Loads of bike storage. Cracking food and drinks at sensible prices. All the spares and nutrition products you could want invade you've forgotten anything! Fair warning, it's very busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, it's testament to how great eureka is.

The original and best! One of the UK's longest-running, storied cycling cafés. Great service, even better cakes. Beans and a spare is the go-to dish for the discerning cyclist. Anne and the team are always willing to help.

This little cafe is buzzing with cyclists. The food is fab and there is a great choice of coffees. The owner and staff are very welcoming and chatty. When Holly the owners daughter is there she bakes the most amazing homemade cakes - yummy!!!! Pop in you won't be disappointed!!!!
