The view from the promenade is beautiful. Pendennnis Castle is at one end, where you can walk around and the other end is a great cafe where you can sit outside under heaters if it is chilly. The walk is flat and there are plenty of benches to sit for a rest and take in the view.

The dock areas were great to see..lots of history and there were several ships to look at. Great within walking distance from most of the city.

What more is there to add, seals occasionally pop up, ice cream, fishing, beaches, coffee, German submarine wrecks, fishing, Ware sports, the docks, just brilliant.

It was a blustery day but this did not detract from the pleasure of a stroll , the sun was shining and it was a real pleasure to be able to see the bay from different angles.

The seafront promenade at Falmouth enables almost anyone to enjoy a level walk. The scenery is beautiful and I'm lucky enough to live close enough to enjoy it frequently. There are plenty of benches and it provides a great place for spending as long or as short a time there as you want.

This is a walk for everyone - from youngest to oldest. There are plenty of seats, a couple of shelters, and a cafe. The walk can be continued along paths in either direction - also close to the water.
