A stunning view on the walk down to Nanjizel beach made the trek ( at least 20min ) worth it. It is very rocky with wooden steps down. If you are unstable walking this is not for you. Our dogs loved it and we had a paddle (only because we did not take our cossies)

This beach has the most beautiful turquoise water and white sand, and is the perfect escape from the tourist traps like Land's End. The walk around the Coast Path is incredible when the sun is shining, and you can see Nanjizal Beach glistening in the distance as you come around the headland. This recent visit was the first time I'd been with our dog, and my only piece of advice would be just to be wary of the steps down to the beach with your 4 legged friend. My Cocker Spaniel is not the most delicate, or agile so struggled a bit with the steps and the scramble to the sand, but once we were on the beach he had a lovely time!

I’d seen this place online so added it to my list. I parked at Lands End and walked to Porthcurno and back with this on the route.
It is not a beach for a family beach day!
It’s a little bit of a clamber over some rocks just off the south west path and down to the beach. The main attraction being the sea arch and tidal pool.
You need to come at low tide to appreciate this or you’ll miss out. Time it well with sunset light and you’ll have a proper treat!

A 2-3 hour walk from Sennen Cove along a breathtaking coastal stretch, which passes a shipwreck, OR you can take a diagonal path from Land’s End across the cliffs (faster but not as breathtaking).
You will pass a patch of stinging nettles, and a narrow stretch with a steep drop so keep dogs on leashes, and keep hold of kids.
Once you get to the cove, it is literally paradise. Crystal clear water, caves, turquoise ocean, soft white sand and not many people. We were lucky enough to see Seals bathing, too!
There are no kiosks, toilets or anything there so go prepared.

This is a lovely picturesque place to visit. It is not suitable for those with accessibility issues or people with buggies as the beach is accessed by a wooden staircase. I unfortunately got caught in a rip current and thankfully got out. There are no warning signs or emergency phone (mobiles do not work there). There is a life preserver. So beware if you are going, supervise children or dogs. If you do that you should have a lovely time!

This beach is picture postcard stunning!
Tucked away from the crowds it's one of Cornwall's hidden gems.
We walked about 40mins along the coastal path from Lands End car park to reach it. It's a stunning walk, not too difficult.
Try and time your visit to a low tide so that you can swing in the turquoise clear water rock pools, although high tide is still beautiful.
It loses a star because when we went we saw 3 different people letting their dogs use it as a toilet, not nice.

Absolutely stunning cove beach.
About 45 minutes walk from Lands End along stunning cliff scenes.
Wear comfortable footwear ,have some drinks and snacks.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of an unspoiled small beach with a cave ,
and enjoy chilling.
Definitely feel as though you are away from the maddening crowd.

We didn’t know what to expect after seeing the “TikTok” about Nanjizal. The reality is that it one of the most unsoiled beaches I’ve ever visited. Low tide is best (do check tide times) as you’ll walk though the caves / coves.
There is no lifeguard on duty, nor beach cafe / toilet.
In point of fact, there’s no beach car park either. Drive too far and you’ll be on the farm! (We did but they were friendly enough).
It’s a 25 minute walk down to (with two girls, 9 & 7) the beach, downhill. Then 30/35 minutes back. Depending on exhaustion.
Turquoise sea, golden sand.

A fairly easy walk from Lands End landmark where we parked all day for £7.
Absolutely beautiful views all the way along the SW coastal path, despite it being misty.
When you have made your way down to the beach there are some boulders and rocks to navigate before you reach the sandy area. We managed this fine with 2 Jack Russells under our arms! The beach, caves and rock pools are beautiful and the sea was clear.
Definitely worth the effort and we can't to revisit on a more sunny day!

Never heard of Nanjizel after coming to cornwall for years . Well one to tick off your bucket list in this country .. no facilities at all so go prepared and no flip flops here 😉good sturdy boots or walking sandals .. hard going downhill and hard going back up - but so worth it . Chose to park in lay-by in Trevence by the lovely little tea room. Asked here for directions then followed a few others .. entry of walk starts in driveway of two cottages over then a stone style ( not what you would expect) 😉.into farm land which is a bridlepath then over a ploughed field - feet get dirty here . As my husband said look at all the footsteps in the dirt . You can follow waze app apparently but we’re not tecky so I just took pics for you all to follow the route 😉last pic at gate - turn right 👍
