Absolutely stunning. Clean white sand. Views of the sea & surrounding area are beautiful, is they're a more a lovelier beach anywhere in the world?

Visited last week in the early evening. Lovely long sandy beach with beautiful views of the sea. Bought some items from the beach shop, very friendly staff. It's a beach to visit, better than many I've been to aboard.

We could see this beach from our hotel room and it looked wonderful. We took an evening walk down to the beach and it was well worth the visit. Clean sand. Clean water. All you expect from a beach you find it here.

Excellent beach with lush sand. Watch the pesky seagulls though. Beach is situated right next to St Ives train station and is just 5 minutes walk from St Ives centre.

I've been visiting this beach since 1965. It's the best beach in the world for a family enjoying the sun. The cafes and ice creams are a bonus. I have never rated 'crazy golf' as a form of entertainment, but if you enjoy 'crazy golf'...More

This is one of Cornwall's nicest beaches, with plenty of room to spread a blanket and chairs, and with food and beverage service restaurant in back. Usually kind of breezy, and the water is VERY cold, even in late summer. But it is calmer than...More

It's flat so great for paddle boarding. They do hire surf boards but you do surfing on the beach on the other side of St. Ives.

There in April and you couldn't take your dog on the beach then. However Porthgwidden beach nearby allows dogs.
