Good cinema and cheaper than vue cinema and most of the others. Needs good support to keep it going and stop a lovely charter full cinema disappearing from our historical history. Maybe take a cushion if you like comfort because it is an old cinema...More

Yes great prices until you see and experience (screen 1) the filthy sticky floor, broken dirty seats and the stale dirty smell. Needs a professional deep clean, not just a quick spray of febreeze.

On holiday as the weather was rubbish we decided to go and see the Minions film. Having read the reviews beforehand we weren't expecting much. The cinema is tired, and could definitely do with some tlc. The cinema theatre itself was huge, and the screen...More

The Reel Cinema itself is a beautiful 1930's art deco type building. The seats could be a bit more wider with more leg room, (but I'm being a bit bias here because I'm a tall chap at 5ft 9") so for me the only way...More

Honestly, I wouldn't mind too much the "tiny" screen and the dirty floor. But today the screen was flickering dark continuously, from the beginning to the end of the movie. I mean, seriously? I would get a better experience from my laptop. The audio also...More

I love this little cinema. It's a lot cheaper than a bigger name unless you have Meerkat Movies or something similar, and as I'm only ever in Plymouth on a weekend, that's not much use. It's almost half the price of the cinema I tend...More
