Converted into a shop more than 18 months ago. Had been a vast student pub but often only a handful of customers. My visit date is wrong but the options only go back 12 months.

It failed as a big open TV and cheap beer pub. The food was poor and there was too much better competition from five other places within 50m. Now it's gone, probably lost as a pub site, for ever. Mutley has now acquired its fourth...More

Never successful. Just a vast empty space. No loss. Lots of other pubs and bars within yards. Should be a medium to small sized Sainsburys by Easter.

Closed, thankfully, to make way for a Sainsburys supermarket. The pub was terrible, beer not looked after and I doubt many will mis the fact it has closed

Got dragged in here by my brother to watch some game or other. Little natural light. Middling pub style food. Lot of youngsters.
