Small stretch of shingle beach overlooking Torbay. Great for rock pooling. Good public toilets (open in Summer). Great friendly cafe. Access to cliff top walks. Back drop of the Osborne , a crescent georgian hotel. Parking available for beach on road and in small carpark.

Meadfoot beach is soft shingle which can be hard to walk on but it is definitely worth the effort to sit and gaze out across the bay to Brixham. A large rock stands just off the beach (Thatcher Rock) and a high wall divides the...More

Lovely shaded walk down to a beautiful, peaceful stoney beach. Would take some old shoes if you want to go in the water!

We visited this fabulous bay in May, a perfect mix of shingle, sand & rocks at each end. Easy parking & facilities too. Tide comes in almost to the sea wall. Fabulous level walk around towards Hopes Nose!

Small pebbles and sand beach. Was covered by seaweed when I was there. Really nice spot away from the touristy bit. There's a cafe at the end of the beach. Not many car park spaces but off peak season was okay.

This is a delightful little beach very close to the harbour but with precious little parking. There is an exceptional range of small stones on the beach which is good for bathing.

Been to this beach for many years. Pebbles and sand. Safe beach for children apart from an area which is now supported by some rusty steelwork so avoid this area if possible. Lovely beach cafe. Toilet facilities.
