Cockington Country Park is a very pleasant experience, It's very peaceful as you walk through the grounds with the church on your left as you arrive at the cafe on your right. Walk through the rose garden into the small units section and watch glass blowing along with many other trades.

Great location quaint and old fashioned. Plenty of fee paying car parks in the vicinity. Wonderful variations in eateries to all tastes and budgets. Britain at its best on a beautiful sunny day.

Can't say a lot about this as we had a downpour shortly after arriving and had to make a quick retreat to the cafe. It did look a lovely park, only sorry we didn't make it to the church which we believe is well worth a visit.

If you are on holiday in this area then you should visit Cockington. Beautiful grounds, church, lakes, children's area, shops & craft area. See the refurbished water wheel. Lovely cafes to sample a Devon Cream Tea. Especially busy the first Wednesday in August -Cockington Fayre.

Gorgeous for a gentle stroll, plenty of things to photograph. Quiet and untouched. Take in the large grounds and beautiful trees and country walks.

Quaint village, relaxing, picturesque walks ,a favourite every summer for us. Cream teas or brunch or just take in the scenery as you walk at your leisure.

Walked from the hotel one evening to photograph the thatched rooves, it was a neat and tidy village and was so quiet at 8 pm.

Cockington country park had some lovely old building and lovely gardens. I loved the live piano player in the open gardens.
