Beautiful beach just along from Bournemouth with the same sand. Very clean beach with lifeguards on duty. No so busy as Bournemouth but within walking distance. Lovely to be able to walk along the seafront.

Dogs are not allowed of their lead anywhere near the pier, however if you walk past the westcliff train, there are some areas where you can. Same applies on the other-side of the pier towards Boscombe.
