The old Odeon and ABC have closed down and the new cinema is across the park from them. It's got 10 screens and they are all brilliant. The floors are sloped so you'll never have to look at the back of someone's head. Seats are fixed position and firm but comfortable. Some screens have reclining chairs - £2 extra. Screens... More

We visited specifically to see a particular film; unfortunately the film was in cinema 2 which is at the top of two very long flights of stairs with no disabled access. I walk with a stick and the climb was difficult for me, but I was well warned in advance by the lovely staff who offered to help (although there... More

Watched fantastic beasts here during twixmas. Really friendly staff who even gave us free premier seat upgrades. Loved the really big theatre style auditorium & screen. Felt quite nostalgic, in a good way! Not as modern as most other odeons but this meant prices were reasonable. Give me this type of cinema any day. Made my day going there!

Best Star Wars film so far and great to watch it on Screen 1 at the Bournemouth Odeon. Completely stand alone and not too long.

£9 to watch a film is a bit steep, especially if you then go on to buy snacks etc. However as a venue to watch a film I've no complaints, everything was as expected.

£2.00 each added to advertised ticket prices to see Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them !! Apparently this is a Blockbuster Film add-on ... Makes it very expensive and when you've been excited to see a movie, then finally got to the front of the queue they sting you for the extra cost and it's really already too late... More

Came a few weeks back to watch strange, and my experience was brilliant. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and the cinema itself was clean and comfortable, not too big or too small. Only issue is the unavoidable cinema prices - not your fault as I know it's the standard prices, but it really does have an impact... More

We arrived an hour early for our movie (which we didn't realise) We bought a drink and popcorn/chololates and tried to get into our screen but were told it wasn't open yet. No worries we said, we'll sit outside (there were seats) and wait. Then the young lady that told us it wasn't open yet, came to find us and... More

Overpriced, uncomfortable and toilets badly need a refurb. Altogether poor value for money. On top of that extortionate public parking. Thought leisure world Southampton bad enough but at least you can park free there.
