Arrived today and before I could even shut the front door behind us, I felt like I was being barked at with questions. 'Here to play?' In an abrupt manor and how old is the child. No friendliness and didn't explain anything to me really. If it hadn't been for me meeting a friend I probably would have walked straight... More

First time here on a Saturday morning, and was pleasantly surprised. Although busy, it was well organised and friendly. The children had a brilliant time, the party room was laid out well and the food was great. My five year old loved it and wants to go back!

Having never visited before today I was a bit dubious as read some of the other reviews on here and was expecting the worse !! What a pleasant surprise, clean, fresh, bright looking play area, no dirty carpets or tables. Plenty of seating and a small refreshments area. A lovely decorated party room with ample space for all adults too.... More

My partner and I decided to take our 10 month old daughter to giggles, after having walked past it many a times! ...I wish we'd kept going! The place is very rundown and in need of some tlc and a paint job! There was food and small bits of dirt etc all over the floor ( which a child could... More

Visited today with my 4 year old. Entry was only £2.50 and it was lovely and quiet. Not been for a while so decided to pop in. Play frame was very clean and it was so nice to see areas that had been worn/ torn replaced with new material and netting. Didn't order any food so can't comment on that... More

Had a great birthday party here today for my little boy for his 3rd birthday, we had children ranging from 1-9 years and the soft play catered for them all, staff were very helpful on arrival showing us to our tables quickly and dealing with a very tangled bunch of helium balloons that we had bought with us. The kids... More

Took my grandchildren there recently, as it had a half price offer on entrance fees and it was the single worst play centre we have been to! I'm glad I didn't pay full price!! Management were more interested in showing off their new puppies, than dealing with customers. Young staff were rushed off their feet at the coffee/snack bar and... More

I've been coming to Giggles for years and since the new owner has taken over I've seen a huge improvement in cleanliness, menu, prices and administration. Yes, there are "rules" because there are people who don't know how to behave or control their children. The rules or simple - no photography - what's wrong with that, get off Facebook and... More

This is a good place to go for your children to burn off excess energy, and enjoy themselves, the shoe numbering system is a good idea and offers some security. Prices are reasonable but a time limit is applied when they are busy, but when we went prices were lower to reflect this, a welcome idea,we will definitely go again,... More
