Lovely wide pavements and delightful architecture in this area. Nice place for a stroll and some retail therapy. I didn't Notice may independent shops, which I was hoping for. But none the less a pleasant place to walk around.

Lots of shops, a park, great restaurants and easy access. A lovely place for a walk in the summer or shopping in the winter, a memorable place and worth a visit.

An area with nice shops and lots of excellent eating places and bars. It is a smart area of Cheltenham with interesting architecture.

Lovely to walk around. Higher end boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Worth a visit to experience the atmosphere and pick up something a little different.

Without a doubt the best place in Cheltenham, It has everything, Bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, gardens etc. If ever you are in Cheltenham this area is a must visit.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Unsure about eating inside but the area has a plethora of café style restaurants with outside tables. There is also a café in Montpellier Gardens and Imperial Square which are opposite main... More

Get the 94 bus from Gloucester to Cheltenham. Drops you on the promenade which is also lovely and only a two minute walk to Montpellier
