I visited Regency Arcade with my wife whilst caravanning nearby. Our aim was to complete some pre-Christmas clothes shopping for the grandkids. We had visited many times before, especially when our son was at the University in the town. We were surprised to see so many units empty and apart from 2 main clothes stores at the entrance nothing of real interest elsewhere within. But what really annoyed me in particular is that I had a fairly urgent need to visit the toilet. I searched for directions & found them on a map of the centre layout. However, when I got there, after a bit of a rush, I found to my amazement that they were closed! Upon asking in stores and a representative of Regency Arcade I was advised to visit M&S in the High Street. I later commented to the uniformed person that if the toilets were closed, for whatever reason, the least they could was to indicate this on all of their signposting. To make customers go on a wild goose chase for a facility that is closed is disrespectful to their customers. To direct members of the public to another location which supplies an essential service that they are unprepared to provide is both inexcusable and indefensible. Other shopping arcades/centres in the area such as Gloucester Quays and Gloucester Eastgate DO have toilet facilities available. Likewise centres close to my home such as Redditch's Kingfisher, Solihull's Touchwood & Birmingham's Bull Ring all have toilets available. Shame on you at the Regency Arcade.

This is the main indoor shopping centre of the town. The usual chain stores with TK Maxx the biggest store. Contains the unusual clock.

Very very disappointing that the whole centre is open with food establishments etc and the toilets including baby changing facilities are closed! Shouldn’t be allowed to open a big shopping centre like this without the toilets open. With a pandemic on people need to wash their hands more often so we need access to water and soap! Not that hard is it regent arcade....

Visited to charge my electric car but unfortunately the bay had a car that was not charging. In other car parks they give a penalty to car that are using the bay without charging. This made my experience a stressful one as I had to find an alternative car charger and delayed my shopping experience. Apart from that, the shopping centre is a very nice and has enough shops to accommodate everyone.

Came here with my daughter to get some birthday presents! Pandora was top of the list also there were other shops we went in. The arcade is well kept, clean tidy and always smells pleasant. There are plenty of shops and variety amongst them all. Spoilt for choice really. A trip to this arcade is a must.
