I have been coming here for several years for a range of different treatments and every time I am warmly greeted by a member of staff, enjoy the fizz and always leave feeling rejuvenated. Today my facial treatment with Jess was outstanding in every way. I've been vising Earl's & Co for a couple of years and the staff really are the best, all very professional and knowledgeable whilst also making you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cheltenham, highly recommend!

I’ve been to Earl’s many times. The experience is always enjoyable and I always feel well looked after and pampered. However, they really need to up their game with regards to time keeping. There was a time a while back when I was running 10 minutes late and I called to advise them, and was told if I was any later than 10 minutes, my appointment would be cancelled. I understood completely, as this would have had a knock on effect for all other appointments. It would seem though, that either their own timekeeping or this particular rule has gone down the pan recently. It’s usual to wait at least 10 minutes (past the appointment time) and there is never ever an apology. That makes it worse. For my last appointment here, the girl doing my nails hadn’t even started on the person she had before me when I got there....and I was on time for my slot. I was therefore waiting 30 minutes for my appointment. Do they not think their customers’ time is important? This is so unprofessional and infuriating. They get everything else right but the timekeeping and apparent lack of acknowledgement of it is appalling and really puts me off going again.…
