Went to see Blade Runner 2049 on the IMAX screen here last week. The sound was turned up so loud it was almost painful. Totally overwhelmed their audio system and accompanied with vibration sound, of the walls or whatever. Just ridiculous and totally detracted from...More

Enjoyed the experience. Staying in Cheltenham and it rained so visited the cinema. Pre-booked tickets on line. Parking was easy in the close NCP, but a little pricey and only one machine was working so there were long queues. Comfy seating in the cinema.

Quiet on a Monday evening! Seating was comfortable and Kingsman was a great film! Pity that when the film finished they didn't increase the lighting level for guests to leave!

It was extremely easy to get into the screening rooms because of the booking system. However, my only criticism is the price of the popcorn. If you want to get any sweets or popcorn, you should go to Wilkos or Poundland as the cinema sweets...More

Despite having a perfectly good ticket office on the ground floor, Cineworld Cheltenham would rather cut costs and employ less staff so punters have to queue at the concession tills to buy tickets, along with every Tom Dick and Harry buying Cineworlds extortionate 'food' and...More
