Decent Cinema

The main cinema in Cheltenham, offering the usual mainstream films. Comfortable seats, decent facilities. Only let down by hideously expensive snacks.

In Cheltenham for the weekend, we were able to pick up a film we were keen to see. Friendly and efficient staff, both with ticket and refreshment sales. Because there were only two showings in the day we went to a 17.20 start when the Brewery area was quite quiet, but even then audience numbers were reasonable. Whilst the screen... More

Arrived on time for our film then due to a technical fault with their equipment they were unable to scan our electronic tickets. Sent us to queue at the food section as they have been cost saving for years by closing the ticket office. Late for our film. Complaint to the manager resulted in a sorry. Positives: the expensive popcorn... More

We were looking for something to do in cheltenham. We were 2 couples traveling in the Cotswolds and decided to go to cineworld! We saw a current great movie and then had dinner . It was a great way to spend an evening. Parking is not included and is expensive!!

We watched Deepwater Horizon in the IMAX screen and it was fantastic! Comfy leather seats and the screen is HUGE with great sound effects!

I haven't visited here for some time. We order our tickets online which was quick and simple. Collection was at a screen just inside the door via a code emailed across at the time of order, so glad I had my phone with me. We arrived with about 10 minutes before the screen time. And had enough time to get... More

Despite living nearer to other cinemas, I will occasionally make the trip to Cheltenham especially to visit the Cineworld. It is a modern cinema located in The Brewery, Chektenham town centre and has 11 or so screens as well as an IMAX. The cinema is always very clean and I've never had a bad experience here. For those wanting a... More

That's what you get a comfy seat and big tv. A sullen welcome by the ticket police then sit back and enjoy.....no wait....sit back and be subject to 30mins of dreadful adverts and trailers/spoilers of the best bits of upcoming films. Watch the big tv in mild discomfort due to the poor aircon then try and survive the stampede for... More
