Impressive monument to the Southampton engineers and worth a quick look. Sits in a nice park which is nice in itself.

Set in the park this is a towering memorial to the men who gave their lives on the RMS Titanic. It is a perfect tribute, set in a lovely park and well worth a visit for anyone interested in the story of the great disaster.

The Titanic disaster had a huge impact on Southampton and this memorial is one of a few dedicated to those engineers on board the fatal ship. Well worth a visit and during spring the flowers look beautiful.

If you are in the park, take a detour and visit. Bit sad but worth seeing. You can also visit the Titanic exhibition in the museum.
