Always a pleasure to visit the Ageas Bowl. Top quality catering and Ringwood ales. 18th time I've been here this year. Service can be slow during lunch breaks and a serious lack of seats/tables. Carvery is fabulous and the ground itself is wonderful with a...More

I am used to going to the grounds in Loondon, where they are 19th Century grounds adapted for the current age. This ground is built for the 21st Century - a great experience. My only criticism is that the seating is built very steeply -...More

Drove from Bournemouth took an hour and half, heavy traffic there. Parked at the car park on the right recommended by the ground, £10,00, met by jolly farmer type who was clutching all his tenners he had taken, this was basically an over priced farmer's...More

Well located ground with modern facilities and a great view of the pitch. Mostly open seating, but some under cover.

Lots of negative comments about the venue for concerts, but as a cricketing stadium (it's purpose) it's a lovely setting. Went here for a washed out t20 game but there was lots to entertain the kids with on the day. Looking forward to returning.

We went to the Aegas Bowl for a T20 game. Sadly we saw no cricket due to persistent rain, which was very frustrating. Not the fault of Hampshire CCC but many opportunities were lost to make a good impression on 1st time visitors. I researched...More

We got there early to find decent unreserved seats. There were lots of seats, but with the stage being set 140 yards away beyond various marquees, the roped off cricket square and tents, you would be hard pressed to find one with an unrestricted view....More

Without a doubt the worst venue I have ever been to for a gig. Little Mix were playing, we'd had tickets for months so clearly not a surprise that such a big band were playing. The bars had absolutely no sense of urgency, we stood...More

My first time at this stadium to watch a T20 and I would just like to say it was a fantastic experience and couldn't fault the venue at all. Parked at the university on the field and was transported in by bus. The buses came...More

Great show and the venue much better for music since our last visit years ago, bit more built up so sound is now much better. The bars up on the upper outer level at the rear were poor though, the staff just stared and never...More

Think we were just lucky about our seats and access to the park ride bus plus we were early just after doors opened so it was a case of wandering around and choosing which bar to go to. If we had arrived later or found... More
