These gardens are really pretty, well planted and well kept. Worth a walk if you're in Canterbury, the picturesque views and serene water make a pleasant backdrop.

Had a walk through these gardens, they are pleasant with young familes and students sitting and chilling/chatting.You can walk through to the bus station over bridges and alleyways past some historical sites and modern shops, pubs and restaurants. All in all nice walk with views.

The gardens have excellent footpaths smooth enough for kids scooters or wheelchairs. The lawns and beds are neat and in full bloom with a variety of flowers. The garden has many benches and a beautiful picnic spot in the heart of a bustling city.

Hi, Dogs are allowed, there is a council pay and display at both ends and there are a few cafes relatively close by in the town centre.
