We went to the matinee performance which included many school children groups and added to the ambience and enjoyment of this first class production. The artists , costumes ,scenery and special, effects were all of the highest which everyone including adults enjoyed immensely. The theatre itself was well designed with good seating banking so every one should be able to see... More

I use the Marlowe Theatre very often as it's very easy to get to. Most recently we went to see The Woman In Black- i had rather low expectations for this as it was in a large theatre (which i didn't think would give the same spooky effect as the smaller London theatre) but i was wrong- VERY frightening! Good... More

Went with some friends to the Panto.....OMG....full of crazy kids. We had a great time the matinee was full of school parties which was great to see how much they enjoyed it. Brilliant and professional performance. I don't think I have laughed so much in ages.

Went to a superb production of Mozart's Don Giovanni at The Marlowe and the stage is certainly big enough to accommodate decent sized and complicated sets. However, beware if you are in the back rows of the stalls as, there is a overhang from the Circle above which could be awkward if you are seeing a production which has surtitles... More

We went to this show yesterday and I would highly recommend it. Absolutely brilliant. I have never been to a panto before (even though I am 57!!!) and I really didn't know what to expect. I am definitely going again and again. My daughter, son in law and grandchildren all said how great it was so three generations were all... More

Dick Whittington panto at the Marlowe. Great venue with friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the panto as always. It's great fun for all ages, whilst we do go every year I would highly recommend it.
