Absolutely AWFUL experience. I booked a table for 12 people earlier on in the day, when we got there it’s as if they made up a figure in their head and charged £50 for all of our entry. Another group of friends of ours went the same evening and did not have to pay entry along with the group of lads that were sat on the table next to us. We waiting over 40 mins for our drinks and only received half of the drinks we ordered. We complained numerous times and when telling the bar staff and manager not to worry about the rest of our orders they grabbed receipts and came outside and told us we had to pay £70 for all the drinks we ‘received’, £40 of which had already been paid. The manager was very aggressive and argumentative and was actually getting very up in our face arguing we had received drinks when we hadn’t. Me and my friends went to the loft hoping to have a chilled night with drinks as we had booked a table before hand, upon entry we was asked to pay £50 entry fee and then waited 40 minutes after ordering our drinks for them to bring over 3 out of 11 then went on to call us liars and say we hadn’t paid, staff were aggressive and straight up rude and the manager is no help at all. AVOID❗️If you want a kilogram of sugar in your drink, for it to arrive 30 minutes late, to be over charged and accused of not paying for drinks, to then have bar staff and the MANAGER to be aggressive towards you and your friends then this is the place to go!! If I could give zero stars I would. The service was awful, waited over 40 minutes for a drink. when it arrived it was absolutely awful very surgery and tasted dreadful. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff was terrible as well as argumentative and aggressive. I would advise anyone to go to anyone of canterburys many great bars and pubs BUT NOT HERE it is one of the very worst places I have been to.…
