A friendly welcome on a rainy evening. Well kept beer, lovely and reasonably priced food all in the heart of Canterbury. Thank-you.

We went in today and had one of the best Sunday meals ever and really excellent value. Great service and a good beer selection. Would certainly go again. And very dog friendly.

On the tour of Canterbury pubs was Thomas Becket, hidden off from the bust main road, great inside a bit similar to the coach and horses pub in Soho, board games on the side which is always a bonus on a tour of pubs, cider was good and the menu looked great. Fridays they do a cheap prosecco night. Would recommend this place.
