This is an extremely interesting museum with pictures and accounts from the land army girls. It is only a small museum but is well worth a visit, especially if you stop at the restaurant for one of their lovely roast dinners!

The museum is very small and dated. We went as a family group with our 87 year old mother who experienced the blitz in London first hand. She was disappointed with the size of displays and bit run down,

We stopped at the farm restaurant on our way from Capel-le-Ferne to Dover. The food was lovely, local, and tasty. As we were leaving, we stopped to pet a donkey and small horse and saw the sign for the museum. It's on the same property,...More

Do visit this splendid mini-museum - hidden away with poor signage within a farm shop and café complex. The displays are dated but the information and stories they contain are excellent. Whoever owns it why not get a heritage lottery grant to update it? Those...More

Very small, but interesting museum. Free parking and a fantastic cafe that serves hot and cold all hand made. The cafe is a destination in itself.

Lovely cafe, lovely food and great farm shop, easy parking although road very bumpy. Small museum but lots to read and well laid out. Wouldnt make a special tri0p but worth a look if your passing.

It is very small - tucked away in a tiny barn, and easy to miss. The women need a bigger, better place to honour them... But for what it is, it's okay. Nice farm shop and cafe there too :)

The museum was very informative but could have been furnished with more exhibits. The lighting was poor. A lot more thought should have been put into it. At least it was free and the tea rooms were superb!

we were on our way back to Folkestone, and decided to pop in for a look. found it very interesting and worth the time, not to long to see it all. They had a small refreshment area, excellent cakes and good sized portions, and the...More
