The museum is free, but don't let that fool you the top floor is worth you time. The story of the finding and handling the bronze age boat is very interesting. The World War II information is well presented.

This museum is in Dover CBD, a lot of history and is well presented. The ancient boat which has been preserved is worth having a look at.

With time to spare I visited the museum which was well worth the effort. It’s nice to visit a museum and see something unique such as their wooden boat which is very well preserved. Local history well presented.

Yes the wooden boat is well preserved and well explained. It was discovered nearby during excavations and is historically very important.
