Saw beauty and the Beast with my husband. The vip seats are fantastic and so was the film. Stood in the queue to get popcorn and we are the only ones there. Five staff behind there and was totally ignored. Finally I said " is anyone serving please? " to be told i don't have a till before they walked... More

Film was very good the vip chairs were all so good but the food was over priced and of poor quality. If you don't buy the food and just watch the movies then it's ok

a trip to the cinema these days isn't cheap. booked our seats online (upgraded to VIP seats) at a cost of just under £15 including booking fees. (not sure if it's cheaper to buy the tickets in the cinema) seating area is good and comfortable, but there were people sitting in the vip seats who had only paid for nornal... More

Up to date cinema, big screen unlike other local cinemas and seats are nicely staggered in height for a good view. Been numerous times and can't really complain about much, staff a helpful and friendly which always helps.

Always went to the cinema in york, thought we would drive to Hull for a change. We really enjoyed the experience, the seats are extremely comfy, sound and picture is excellent. Have been the last 3 Tuesdays on the buy one get one free Meerkat vouchers but at £4.99 /person / film this is great value even if you don't... More

I like this cinema but the que to get food and drink is really really slow. In 15 minutes 3 groups have been served in my que. it's time the management team sorted this out. It is either under manned, or ineffective. The film I'm due to see started 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting behind 4 other groups... More

Vue Cinema in Hull is located on the top deck of Princess Quay which 10 state of the art screens for both 2D, 3D and 4K films. Ticket Prices used to be very expensive, however, they have reduced all prices (excluding 3D films) to £4.99. Fantastic seats with plenty of leg room and great quality sound. Sony 4k Projectors offers... More

Visited this cinema on numerous occasions and has never disappointed. Odeon is very old and worn, Cineworld is on a similar level inside but is quite out the way. Vue has the best screens and the best seating and now all tickets (except 3d) are £4.99, you can upgrade to VIP seats for £1.50 which is worth it with the... More
